What are the conditions for which we accept returns?

How many days do I have to return an item?
You have 7 days from the day of delivery to return an item.
I have received a wrong item, what should I do?

If I request a return do I have to return all items in my order?
No, you do not have to return your entire order, you can specify a certain product(s) within the order.
Can I still return an item after the 7 day allotted period?

What should I do if I want to exchange an item with another, but it is sold out?
We apologize for this inconvenience. You will have to return that item within the 7 day period, and then place a new order once the item is back in stock.
If I return an item do I have to also return the free gift?
Yes, any free gifts received with an order must also be returned.
Will I be charged a shipping fee for returns?
Yes, only in the case of a defective product, the customer will be fully refunded. If the customer wants to return the product for any other reason, then we will only return the product’s price excluding the shipping fees
